The Oak Hall at The Oaks is an ideal location for your reception following funeral service, being 5 min away from both the Kemnal Cemetery and Eltham Crematorium. It is a place where friends and family can come together to express their condolences and our facilities provide everything you need to give your loved one a memorable farewellÂ
Our dedicated Events team and friendly onsite staff will be on hand to help you plan warm and respectful funeral reception
We have two beautiful halls - The Oak Hall and The Olive Terrace with their own private bars, facilities, patio gardens and outdoor seating
These elegant spaces can be combined to accommodate up to 300 guests, allowing you to create a grand celebration or a more intimate gathering.

Hired venue for my daughters 21st birthday and it was perfect! All the staff are lovely! A special thanks to the doorman and bar staff that were lovely and worked so hard that night! Jana the events planner there was also lovely and very quick to come back to me with any queries. Would Definitely recommend this venue,having the beautiful outside area too is definitely a bonus!

We booked this venue at very short notice for a funeral party. Right from the start of meeting Brian we were impressed with the facilities, menu choice, costs and flexibility. A huge thank you to Brian and his pleasant staff , you made a sad occasion beautifully memorable. Xxxx

We held a family gathering at the Oaks, it could not have been better. The food was plentiful and top notch, With super friendly bar staff. And Brian made sure everything went smoothly and that we did not have to worry about a thing. Great location and having loads of parking space meant that there were no long walks to the venue. Thanks to Brian and staff for helping to make this day stress free.
