Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The Hall is available for weddings on selected Saturdays, and can be booked for other events and parties at any time during the week. Some weekends are reserved for village social events. On weekdays, the Hall is used for regular classes, but there is still good availability for new bookings. Hire Costs: Our standard Wedding Package includes hire of the Main Hall and Lounge/Bar; catering facilities; tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery for up to 100 people; and disco quality sound, light and PA systems. The hall hire includes time for set up the evening before, the entire day of the wedding and tidying up time on the following morning. This package costs £1,200-£1,500, depending on the time of year. We also offer standard packages for evening parties at £275, daytime parties at £175 and children's parties at £125. Alternatively, Main Hall hire charges range from £13 to £25 per hour depending on the time of day and the day of the week required; minimum hire is for 3 hours. These prices are for room hire only; additional facilities are available. The Wellhouse Room can be hired for £8.50 per hour with reduced rates for early mornings and evenings. All prices include VAT. Residents of Beech village qualify to become Members of the Hall and special rates apply.
