Wandsworth Quaker Meeting House

Wandsworth Quaker Meeting House dates back over 300 years and is an oasis of peace in the busy heart of Wandsworth High Street. Located next door to South Thames College and opposite Wandsworth Council offices it is in easy walking distance from Wandsworth Town station. The Meeting House consists of the Main Meeting Room, the Small Meeting Room (Library) and a Seminar Room. There is also a peaceful garden at the back. Our rooms are ideal for business, charity and religious events such as presentations, conferences, worship-sharing, training, yoga classes, interviews, seminars and away-days and for music practice and teaching. Each room is full of character and can be hired individually. The Meeting House can also be hired as a whole. Despite its age it has recently been insulated and draught-proofed and we have a policy of using only ‘eco-friendly’ products where possible. Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco Express and many sandwich and coffee shops are within very easy walking distance – however alcohol may not be consumed on the premises and no food or drink may be taken into the Main Meeting Room.
