The Malt House is situated in the village of Alveston, is well maintained and is ideal for family parties, occasions and clubs and groups
The Main Hall has seating and tables for 75 people, can comfortably accommodate up to 100 for an informal gathering and has a PA system with bluetooth speakers.
The Gallery is ideal for meeting for up to 20 people or small classes
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, commercial dishwasher and crockery, cutlery and glasses for up to 100 people
Wheelchair access, disabled toilet and baby changing facilities
Parking is on the road adjacent to the hall.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Please check with our booking secretary for availability - weekends are usually available for parties but we do have space during the week also.
Hire Costs: £15.00 per hour for the Main Hall - minimum hire period 2 hours. £11.50 per hour for the Gallery - minimum hire period 2 hours. £20.00 per hour for Whole Premises - minimum hire period 2 hours. Please check that these rates are current with the Booking Secretary and also if you'd like to book the hall on a regular basis as discounts are available.
