DO NOT HIRE - yes it has disabled access, but no accessible toilets. In fact the only toilets are two cubicles within the kitchen area, so when you you make a cup of tea or use the microwave, you are beside the cubicle. The sinks are shared with kitchen and toilets. This is the only source for water in the building. The boiler has not been serviced since 2016, which is in the hall. I was not happy to turn on the boiler, so we froze. The kitchen/toilet area is dirty and not clean enough to even make a cup of tea. When a refund was requested for future bookings made, it was refused on the basis they didn't receive adequate notice, although an email was sent in plenty of time, they denied receiving it.
