- ground floor room (approx 24' x 14')
There is also a well-equipped kitchen for use.
The rooms at Jacobs Well are available for hire on an hourly or daily basis between 8.00am and 11.00pm.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The building is available 8.00 am to 11.00 am seven days a week.
Hire Costs: £12 per hour for one room or £25 per hour for the whole building. Use of the kitchen is included in the hire charge.
