Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Our rooms are available for hire on weekdays, evenings and Saturdays. Regretfully, we will not normally be able to accommodate bookings for a Sunday event in our main hall, or on major Christian Festivals such as Easter and Christmas.
Hire Costs: We operate two room hire rates: The STANDARD RATE (range: £10 -£24 for rooms; £26 - £35 for the main hall) has been set at a competitive level and is expected to be applicable to most lettings. In addition, discounts are offered for multiple bookings. The COMMUNITY RATE (range: £8 - £20 for rooms; £25 - £30 for the main hall) is designed for those local organisations that are focused on the needs of the immediate area and rely on fundraising and donations as their income source. The hire rate is payable hourly with a minimum 2 hour hire during weekdays and 3 hours on weekends. Discounts are available for 5 or more hours and also for regular hire - weekly or bi-weekly or term time only bookings.
