Whether you’re looking for a meeting room or a location for your next training or team building day we can help. Our large function hall and adjoining kitchen area are available to hire for a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly booking. This would be perfect for clubs, societies or youth groups looking for a modern meeting place. We can also provide a small amount of storage space for equipment for classes etc should this be required. The separate meeting room seats up to 22 people comfortably with space and spare chairs should you require them. It also includes a dry wipe board, projector & screen. We also have wifi on site, tea and coffee making facilities are available. The building is modern, spacious, and comfortable having been built in 2012. We are based in Lytham St Annes, on the Fylde coast.
