Our rustic characterful 350 year old GII listed Essex barn is just 5 mins from Coggeshall village on the A120. We have capacity for 200 guests with over 30 car on-site parking spaces and are licensed until 01.30am for exclusive private parties - we are not open to the general public, except by ticketed event. We have full bar facilities including gourmet coffee and teas and can arrange food too.
Step free access throughout the barns and manicured garden make the venue ideal for summer garden parties with a mix of ages.
Enjoy unspoilt Essex skys sitting in the garden under the stars overlooking the Blackwater valley or dancing / singing in the barns under the disco lights until the early hours! Why not book a band for our real stage with great lighting and sound? Our resident DJ and Karaoke meister is included in the rates.
We can offer biergarten benches and tables for dining inside or out, free pool, table football and other giant games too.
We can also offer private cinema parties using our amazing HD projector and huge screen - we can seat upto 80 folks on tiered seating on leather sofas, hiback bean bags and beach chairs. Our usher will deliver drinks and snacks (including hot dogs) to your seat then DJ the after party!
Our contacts for specialty event foods include; Pizza, Hog-roast, Paella, Fish n'chips and Burgers - or perhaps you'd prefer to offer your guests a traditional 3 course meal or buffet or ask they bring their own picnic!
