The Southgate Club has a newly refurbished function room in the heart of Southgate.
With a capacity of 150 our function room is ideally suited for a variety of events and celebrations, from Anniversaries and Birthdays through to Corporate functions, Live Music and Discos.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Hire Costs: HIRING OF THE FUNCTION ROOM Public Hire From 7pm onwards £450.00 * + £100 returnable deposit Bar tariff at function room prices 18-21 parties, unless family parties, require 2 x SIA registered door Personnel at an additional cost of £200. Bar Extensions 12.30am onwards £125.00 This is to cover overtime, minicabs for the staff and the increased Enfield Council TENs charges. (Temporary Event Notices) Please note that Enfield Licensing Authority only allow 15 events per year for the club, so this is by no means guaranteed. Daytime Members 8.30 am – 6pm with or without bar open £40.00 per hour Daytime Public 8.30 am – 6pm with or without bar open £60.00 per hour Notes 1. ROOM HIRE EVENING CHARGES are from 7pm to 1am 2. ROOM HIRE DAYTIME CHARGES are only applicable up to 6pm. (No Daytime Hire after this time.) 3. Full Member Rates are only applicable for ‘FULL MEMBERS’ (i.e. NOT Probationary Members; who must be a member for over 12 months before being applicable for a reduced Hire Charge.) 4. Charges cover hall hire, bar staff and insurance – and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. 5. All hall hire fees are payable 4 weeks prior to event date. 6. A Deposit is payable at the time of booking. 7. A Booking will only be accepted on full completion of a signed Hall Booking Agreement. Proof of identity and address will be required. 8. Deposits will be refunded within 5 working days of the event taking place.
