Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: The hall is available for hire on weekdays and weekends however, due to inconsiderate use, we do not take bookings for any evening parties that are going to finish after 9pm. To check availability please click on the 'Book the hall' tab on our website, it will show a live availability calendar. Please note that sessions apply at weekends for use of less than 6 hours. Sessions operate as follows: 1 - Any time in morning - finished and cleared out by 1.00pm 2 - 2pm arrival - finished and cleared out by 9pm. Please bear this in mind and respect these times when making bookings. If you wish to book over the lunchtime block you will need to book and pay for a minimum of 6 hours that day.

Hire Costs: The hall hire charges are is £16.50 per hour weekdays and £22 per hour at weekends. All bookings will be treated as a reservation until approved by our administrator, at which time the cost of the booking will be required in full. At the time the keys are collected ( in the week leading up to the booking) a damage deposit will be required of £100 either by bank transfer or in cash. This is refundable after the event once the venue has been inspected. All rubbish must be removed by the hirer on the day of hire. Any rubbish left, including nappies in bathroom bins, will incur £50 charge for a rubbish disposal company to come and remove rubbish. We do have CCTV at the hall and this will be used to identify persons leaving rubbish.
