Middlezoy Village Hall situated on south the edge of the village, overlooking the countryside, our hall has an idyllic setting. It stands in a very large playing field with cricket and football pitches, a children’s playground & ball court.
As a charity the Middlezoy Community Project we aim to serve the whole community as a venue suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. Our contemporary facilities with parking for 50 cars enable us to hold wedding receptions, conferences, regular sports activities and public entertainments.
The hall offers full catering facilities, we have a licensed a secure bar which can extend into the hall, the hall includes a projector and screen, Hearing Loop and full PA system. There is a large stage with access to the changing rooms for productions. The changing rooms have showering and toilet facilities and can be accessed either from the hall or separately. fully equipped caterer’s kitchen, to our extendable bar and stage are ideal for celebrations, conferences, drama, concerts and banquets.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The hall is available for hire Monday - Sunday, 24 hours a day.
Hire Costs: Parish Residents Daytime (before 6pm) - £8.50 an hour Evening (6pm - 11pm) - £10.00 an hour 24 hours - £125.00 Outside Hirers Daytime (before 6pm) - £10.00 an hour Evening (6pm - 11pm) - £12.00 an hour 24 hours - £140.00 Weddings/Parties - The hall and all it's facilities can be hired on a 2 day (Sat-Sun) or 3 day (Fri-Sun) set fee. Please email to discuss. We are open to weekend hire too. Should you wish to have your event past 11pm we will need to gain a out of hours licence from the council at £30 extra.
