The Signal Box Community Centre
The Emerald, 82 Glenalmond Ave, Cambridge, CB2 8DB, Cambridgeshire, England
The centre has two rooms, the large Great Western and smaller Eastern Room. Both have WiFi, a hearing loop and a projector screen. The Great Western room is double height with a specialised sprung floor – suitable for dance, tai chi, yoga and other exercise classes.
There are two pricing rates – one for ‘community’ and one for ‘commercial’. The Commercial rate is for classes people must pay to attend, or corporate use. The Community rate is intended for local non-profit making events, please contact us to check if your event qualifies. The space is also available at low cost for local events such as jumbles sales or book clubs.
We also offer a children’s birthday party package for a set rate.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Monday-Friday 8.00-21.30 Saturday/Sunday 9.00-21.30
Hire Costs: Room hire starts at £15ph. Birthday Package with soft play and kitchen is £80. Discounted prices for 3 or more hours. All prices are on the website. Costs do not change on weekends or bank holidays.
