Available for meetings, workshops, courses and community use. Three spaces, one small meeting room, a large hall space with screen and a room with underfloor heating that yoga groups love. Large garden with seating areas. A ten walk to Watford Junction and car parking for roughly 14, this includes 2 spaces for disabled use. We have a disabled toilet and 2 others. A kitchen with 2 access hatches. The price includes the kitchen facilities. It is completely away from main roads so the groups love the quietness. We are a NO alcohol venue.
