Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: The main hall is available for hire on all Friday & Saturday nights, providing they have not been booked already, on a Sunday afternoon between 12pm - 4.30pm and from 9am - 7pm during the week!

Hire Costs: Hall Hire Prices Please see below a list of our Hall Hire Prices. Please make sure you also see the section at the bottom of the page regarding our Security & Damages Deposit and also our booking procedures. Standard Hall Hire - £130 Standard Hall Hire is applicable on a Friday or Saturday evening from 7pm - 12am in our Main Hall [please note for weddings/engagement parties where the Bride and/or Groom are aged between 16-21 please see 18th-21st birthday parties] - Our Main Hall can hold up-to 200 people where you will find a large dance floor & stage, plenty of seating and our fully stocked bar. This is also where you will find our skittle alley. Early Bar Hire - £25 per hour This is applicable on top of Standard Hall Hire. The earliest the bar can open is 12pm Monday - Thursday - From £20 per hour This covers hall hire from 9am - 7pm if you wish for the bar to be open this will be £25 per hour Sundays - From £25 per hour You can also hire our main hall on a Sunday from 12pm - 4pm if you wish for the bar to be open this will be £25 per hour Members Bar - From £25 per hour Our Members Bar is the perfect place to hire for your small functions. The members bar can hold up to 60 people and has a pool table and two darts boards. We also have a projector screen connected to our TV and a separate TV Screen - you can get a great view of both screens from our fully stock bar. Please note that if you hire the members bar you cannot stop club members from entering during your function. 18th - 21st Birthday Parties To hire the Hungerford for your 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st birthday party will cost £150 for the Hall Hire. We also require an additional £100 for door staff. We must also have a guest list from you with all of your guests names. Also we will serve all drinks in plastic glasses no cans, glass or bottles will be passed over the bar. Christmas & New Year - TBC Security & Damages Deposit - £100 All bookings with us also require a fully refundable Security & Damages Deposit. This is fully refundable providing that we find no damage to our building after your function or any extra ordinary cleaning cost's that may occur. Making Your Booking When making your booking we require the total amount of your hire fee. If under any circumstances you cancel your booking your deposit will only be returned some of your booking fee due to loss of earnings. Please note we work on a first come first served basis. You booking is not confirmed with us until you pay. Until that point the hall maybe hired out to someone else.
